What We're Looking For:

The primary purpose of the Healthcare Field Marketing Manager is to work in partnership with area sales to develop strategic marketing plans, drive demand through localization of global/regional campaigns, execute events, create sales enablement tools, and own the ABM and digital campaign program. The advisor will develop and activate all demand initiatives and maintain strong field relationships. This role drives visibility to, and adoption of, integrated messaging, promotes new product launches, adapts, activates, and executes corporate programs to support regional market needs. It is also responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for targeted activities including promotions, programs, and tools which help accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leads development of Local GTM healthcare market Strategy aligned with the yearly/quarterly strategic objectives

  • Collaborates with Vertical Marketing Manager and Sales Leadership to develop all initiatives including brand awareness, demand creation, events, ABM and other digital campaigns, and sales enablement tools aligned with the yearly/quarterly strategic objectives

  • Leads strategy for Tier 2 and 3 events for healthcare including "Tech Days" and "Roadshow" events. Support Tier 1 events, including executive meeting and booth tour scheduling.

  • Manages inside and outside creative agencies for content creation and regionalization of campaign and sales enablement tool development.

  • Leverages multiple marketing functions including sales, business intelligence, strategy, campaign marketing, portfolio marketing, product marketing and services, to support the achievement of the regional sales target

  • Manages marketing support for key healthcare, strategic and territory named accounts across multiple routes to market - direct, partner, distribution, etc.

  • Supports healthcare sales to build, nurture and leverage a customer reference pipeline in region

  • Supports North American PR activities, in partnership with marketing, sales, and product marketing team's priorities

  • Maintains and develops databases of successful seller enablement materials

Must work hybrid (3 days in office/2 remote) in Lincolnshire, IL, downtown Chicago, IL, or Holtsville, NY

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent specified vertical business experience

  • 8+ years B2B marketing experience

  • 15% travel in US only

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills required

  • Ability to think and act strategically and deliver operational planning alongside Sales

  • Healthcare vertical experience

  • Leadership to balance long and short-term priorities

  • Experience with Marketing Automation, Salesforce, and Digital Advertising

  • Agility and leadership in working with and influencing virtual teams preferred

  • Fiscal responsibility via budget and project management preferred

Pay Range:

$108,960.00 - $163,440.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 12% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
