What You'll Do:

In this role as Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning and executing high impact focused marketing programs. Your primary objectives will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads and pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty. As a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments, you'll collaborate with local sales, international, and corporate marketing functions to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with project44 revenue goals. This role involves both strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring high-level conceptual thinking and attention to detail.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan to drive brand awareness and achieve regional leads and pipeline goals
  • Build a strong partnership with the sales and SDR teams to collaborate on lead generation activities
  • Implement localized and integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that are strategically aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets. Leverage channels such as social media, digital platforms, website, events, PR & media, and other strategic partnerships to enhance targeted engagement with key accounts
  • Collaborate with central marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications & Content, Carrier Marketing, Customer & Partner Marketing, and the Design team
  • Take responsibility for regional events, from concept and audience targeting to execution, including Tradeshows, regional sales events, and project44's participation at third-party sponsored events
  • Work closely with the local arm of project44's PR & Media agency to drive awareness of the project44 brand through key media outlets, journalists, associations, and local influencers
  • Take ownership of content translation and localization using project44's preferred agency

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience gained at SaaS or Enterprise software company 
  • Broad set of marketing skills across areas including demand gen, digital, social, events, and campaigns 
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, on24, Webflow and Marketo 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics is a plus 
  • Strong presentation & communication skills with stakeholders of different seniority levels
  • Data-driven and ROI-focused 
  • Traveling up to 30% is required
