Job description

We are looking for an Associate Producer who will play a key role in supporting our Print Operations team, focusing on optimizing production schedules and collaborating with various internal and external teams to ensure handoffs and tasks occur on time. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to dive into the world of tabletop game production, where you'll support day-to-day operations and the implementation of print operations strategies! The Associate Producer will be at the forefront of managing schedules for product releases and print innovations. This position will collaborate with various teams to achieve efficient solutions and continuously seek ways to improve our processes.

What You Will Do as an Associate Producer:

  • Support senior producers in maintaining and adjusting operations schedules for products and print innovations, ensuring smooth coordination between production phases.
  • Work closely with the print operations team, studio producers, and production vendors to assist in tracking and updating production schedules.
  • Maintain Smartsheet schedules, reports, and dashboards across Operations.
  • Provide project-level support to a diverse group of production professionals, including production management, packaging engineering, quality engineering, localization, and prepress.
  • Represent the needs of print operations with production partners, fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting production issues and risks, escalating concerns to senior producers as needed.
  • Assist in documenting and sharing ideas for process improvements, supporting the team in implementing improvements as needed.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and the ability to adapt to different systems and approaches.
  • Familiarity with print production, manufacturing, and process management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
