Job description

Purpose of the Job

HH Global is seeking a high-calibre Senior Creative Project Manager to spearhead an "always-on" creative production engine dedicated to a premier global technology client in the AI space. This role is embedded within a high-performance "Production Hub," where you will lead the end-to-end execution of world-class digital assets while navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operational leader who can "stitch things together" even when briefs aren't fully baked, balancing conceptual brilliance with technical precision. You will be a champion of innovation, specifically integrating generative AI and automation tools into the creative workflow to maximize scalability across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Volume Digital Asset Production

  • Omnichannel Execution: Oversee the end-to-end production of high-volume digital static and video assets, including social media content, display ads, and rich media.

  • Quality Assurance: Define and enforce strict technical quality standards and brand compliance for all content outputs.

  • Technical Stewardship: Translate creative concepts into actionable technical specifications for designers, motion artists, and editors.

2. Client Stakeholder Engagement & Management

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary production point of contact for global marketing teams and regional PMMs, providing regular updates on project status and risk mitigation.

  • Expectation Management: Confidently present production strategies and timelines to senior stakeholders, managing complex feedback cycles across multiple time zones.

  • Resource Alignment: Partner with internal leads to ensure team utilization is optimized and project pipelines are prioritized based on business impact.

3. Localization & Version Management

  • Global Scaling: Manage the simultaneous launch of assets across 20+ markets and 20+ languages, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.

  • Workflow Systems: Oversee the "copy trix" process and technical adaptation of assets, managing thousands of versions with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Asset Governance: Maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all localized versions are correctly tagged, organized, and easily accessible.

4. AI & Automation Integration

  • Efficiency Innovation: Identify and implement state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to accelerate the creative production cycle.

  • Process Automation: Collaborate with Creative Technologists to automate repetitive tasks like resizing, localization, and dynamic content generation using scripting and APIs.

  • Performance Iteration: Leverage data-driven insights to iterate on AI-generated creative, focusing on high-performing elements like hooks and calls-to-action.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience: 7–10+ years of progressive creative production leadership within a fast-paced agency or in-house studio serving global tech brands.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the entire video and digital production workflow, from pre-production through final delivery.

  • AI Aptitude: Demonstrated confidence in integrating emerging AI and generative tools into commercial production workflows.

  • Regional Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex multi-market campaigns, particularly across EMEA, US, and LATAM markets.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex production needs to non-technical stakeholders.

For New York applicants: The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
