- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payment
- Maintain vendor records including contact information and payment terms
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Assist account reconciliations
- Month-end journal entry inputs

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Internship experience in accounting/Finance
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards (preferred)
