Overview
The Marketing Advertising Coordinator is a hands-on, performance-driven marketer responsible for executing regional marketing campaigns that boost awareness, generate leads, and drive enrollment growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will own and oversee campaign execution for assigned regions, with a strong focus on new and developing markets.
This individual will directly build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google, using data-driven insights to improve performance and scale growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
  • Own and execute marketing campaigns for assigned regions, with a focus on emerging and high-growth markets and unique brands.
  • Translate high-level growth strategy into localized, actionable campaign plans.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly in platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant channels.

Performance Optimization & Analytics
  • Manage day-to-day optimization of campaigns, including bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing.
  • Continuously test and iterate (A/B testing of creative, copy, landing pages)
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs including CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

Market Development & Localization
  • Develop localized marketing strategies tailored to regional audiences and demographics for multiple brands.
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach and improve performance in new markets.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect local nuances while maintaining brand consistency.

Cross-Channel Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, email/SMS campaigns, and website optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Work directly with our internal team on copy, design and other asset creation for ads.
  • Support full-funnel performance by aligning paid media efforts with lifecycle and content strategies.

Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Direct experience managing and building paid media campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign performance data and making optimization decisions.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and regions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience marketing across multiple geographic regions or localized campaigns.
  • Experience in education, enrollment marketing, or mission-driven organizations.
