We are seeking a Direct Sales Administrator to join our Diretct Sales team by managing daily order intake, scheduling installations, and ensuring timely and accurate billing and payroll processing. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales Representatives, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service, delivery and customer satisfaction.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Receive and validate daily orders from Sales Representatives
  • Enter and schedule orders into the billing system
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and service updates
  • Reschedule installation appointments as needed
  • Monitor order progress through reports and systems to identify potential issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues to upper management
  • Evaluate customer interests and offer additional services or upgrades
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, service issues, products, and features
  • Correct billing errors and discrepancies using the billing system

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent โ€“ required
  • 1 year of customer service experience โ€“ preferred
