We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated account based in Chester, NY.  It’s an excellent opportunity for drivers who want to stay close to home while still earning top pay, with predictable routes and a reliable schedule.

Pay & Compensation
Average annual pay: $85,000 – $100,000
CPM: $0.68 – $0.74
Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Additional Pay:
Stop pay: $28.50 – $30 per stop
NYC stop pay: $62.50 per load
Detention pay: $15/hour
Truck move pay: $50
Training pay: $200/day
Safety training pay: $20/hour
Holiday pay: $280/day

Schedule & Home Time
Home daily
Start time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: 5-day work week
Days off: Wednesday & Thursday
Optional 6th day (mandatory during major holidays)

Freight & Duties
Deliver fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers
Operating within a 250-mile radius of Chester, NY (NY, NJ, CT, PA)

Multistop deliveries (15+ stops per week)
2 loads per day or 1 long load
Mostly no-touch freight (driver assists when needed)

NYC deliveries required after 6 months (only 20–25% of freight)
Drivers will train with NYC-certified trainers before running those routes

Equipment
Day cab (automatic and manual)
Slip-seat operation
Trucks remain at terminal
