We are looking for a high-energy, highly engagedUsed Car Sales Manager to lead and drive performance for Acura of Saskatoon's pre-owned vehicle department. This role is about ownership, accountability, and execution. You are not just managing inventory and a sales team, you are building momentum, creating traffic, maximizing gross profit, and delivering results every single day.


As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing used vehicle sales, managing inventory strategy, supporting the sales team, and ensuring every guest receives a premium Acura-level experience. You will be hands-on, performance-driven, and focused on creating a strong, competitive, and customer-focused sales culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily activity, follow-up, and sales results
  • Drive used vehicle sales, gross profit, appointment activity, and closing performance
  • Manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, aging, merchandising, and turn rate
  • Create energy on the floor and maintain a strong, competitive sales culture
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM, follow-up processes, and sales structure
  • Run daily huddles, one-on-ones, and performance check-ins
  • Support ongoing training and development for both new and experienced salespeople
  • Partner with Marketing to drive traffic through campaigns, digital listings, social media, and local initiatives
  • Be hands-on in deals when needed to support the team and close business
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Finance team to maximize opportunities and profitability
  • Monitor and push key metrics including calls, contacts, appointments, closing ratios, gross profit, inventory aging, and lead response time
  • Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised online and on the lot with accurate pricing, photos, descriptions, and presentation


What we're looking for:

  • Proven success in a Used Car Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or senior automotive sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of used vehicle inventory management, pricing, appraisals, merchandising, and gross profit
  • High energy with the ability to motivate and drive a team daily
  • Strong accountability mindset with a focus on performance and execution
  • Comfortable coaching both new and experienced salespeople
  • Creative thinker who can help generate traffic through social media, digital marketing, and local opportunities
  • Strong understanding of CRM usage, lead management, and sales process discipline
  • Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with premium, import, or Acura/Honda brands would be considered an asset
