Job description

Local Delivery Driver - Start Your Career at Western Pacific!
Launch Your Career Where Leaders Begin
At Western Pacific, we've seen it time and time again-today's delivery driver is tomorrow's sales leader or branch manager. In fact, many of our top-performing sales team members and managers got their start right where you are now-driving, delivering, and building trust with our customers.
As a family-owned, locally operated company with over 40 years of leadership experience in the door and window distribution business, we're proud to offer not just jobs-but careers built on speed, quality, service, and growth.
About the Role:
As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of Western Pacific at new home construction sites across your region. You'll do more than move material-you'll deliver value through exceptional service, organized handling, and positive, professional interactions. Your contribution directly impacts the success of every builder and helps forge lasting customer relationships.
Why This Role Matters:
• You're not just delivering doors and millwork-you're stepping into a role that's launched countless Western Pacific careers.
• We promote from within and invest in those who show dedication, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
• As we continue to grow, spots on our team are limited-this is your opportunity to get in and grow with us.
Requirements
Essential Responsibilities & Expectations:
• Perform job site deliveries by unloading material, stacking it in an organized manner, and documenting all delivery details
• Communicate delivery circumstances clearly to the customer with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Handle pickups and returns from job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Demonstrate Western Pacific's values in every customer and employee interaction
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of delivery experience in a similar environment preferred
• Valid driver's license (non-CDL) with a clean DMV record required
• Must be physically capable of lifting doors and millwork up to 100 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to maintain a helpful and professional demeanor and appearance with customers
Work Environment:
This position operates primarily outdoors at new home construction sites, with exposure to weather and temperature extremes. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Be Part of a Legacy of Growth:
At Western Pacific, you're not just delivering building materials-you're delivering on a promise. A promise of quality, of service, and of opportunity. Join a team that's built to last-and built to help you grow.
Salary: Starting at $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
Apply today -opportunities like this don't stay open for long.
