As a Personal Banker, you will be assisting members with various loan options, explaining features of all our products and services, opening accounts and referring members for financial planning, investments and insurance products. Primary duties of this unique opportunity are as follows:
DUTIES:
  • Process mortgage and consumer loan applications, prepare documentation as appropriate and fund loans.
  • Grow membership through outside business development efforts and generating new Select Employer Groups.
  • Open and close checking, savings, money market, CD's, IRA's following credit union policies and procedures.
  • Present and discuss features and benefits of all CU products and services
  • Educate members on all the services available to them.
  • Build multiple service profitable member relationships

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of related platform sales experience or financial experience.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to input, extract and read data and Standard English on a PC.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Must be able to use multiple system programs simultaneously

The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
