What You'll Do

  • Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Explain parking rates and provide vehicle retrieval instructions.
  • Perform vehicle inspections according to company procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Assist guests with questions and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Stay active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, running, and lifting items up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Assist with light cleaning, maintenance, and special projects as assigned.

  • Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
