Overview
Champion Window - Regional Sales Manager
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in a specified region through ongoing support initiatives including; Division Sales Manager, Sales Manager hiring, field sales training / development (division sales managers, managers, new hires,and tenured), sales profitability, adherence to the Champion sales playbook, performance management, and sales leadership training.
Total comp range:
$120,000 - $220,000 / Year
Responsibilities
  • Assists DSMs/SMs with sales hiring, training and performance management best practices including adherence to the Champion playbook (10 step presentation, pricing desk, self-generation funnel building, etc.)
  • Assist Regional Manager with sales operations when DSMs/SMs position is open.
  • Performs field training directly with Factory Reps (conduct ride along, presentation coaching, appointment resulting and classroom training)
  • Reviews Guild Quality prospect and customer surveys with local management to determine trends and influence improved feedback scores.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data, both sales operational metrics and sales profitability metrics, to determine areas for improvement and deliver performance management plans.
  • Supports local marketing efforts including Events and Canvassing as needed.
  • Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include agenda preparation.
  • Sales knowledge expert on Champion product line and financing options.
  • Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of attaining Factory Reps.

Qualifications
  • At least three years of field sales experience in a B to C in home sales presentation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
