We are looking for a Travel Emergency Room RN for a great Travel nursing job in Rochester, NY.

Registered Nurse ER (Adult)

Scheduling Details
  • Shift Hours: 7p-7a or 3p-3a
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Charting: EPIC experience required

Required Clinical Skills
  • IV therapy including blood product administration, central line care, and phlebotomy
  • CPAP/BiPAP and ventilator management
  • Assessment and management of CVA (stroke), neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, TBI
  • Cardiac monitoring with dysrhythmia interpretation
  • Emergency care for adult and pediatric patients including various traumas
  • Understanding of isolation precautions and triage protocols
Unit Details
  • Patient Ratios: 1:5 (Adults and Geriatrics), all emergency type diagnoses
  • Special Equipment: Bair hugger, rapid infuser, safe patient handling equipment
  • Will be required to float within skillset as needed
  • Scrub Color: Any combination of navy blue and white
