How does a 'Local Remote' role typically balance on-site and remote work requirements?

A 'Local Remote' role usually allows employees to work from home most of the time while still requiring periodic visits to a nearby office or client site. This hybrid setup offers flexibility for work-life balance but also ensures strong team collaboration and connection to local operations. Employees may be expected to attend in-person meetings, trainings, or team-building events, so reliable transportation and proximity to the office are important.
