Job Details
Position: Assembly Operator – Electrical Production Technician
Location: West Branch, IA
Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available, full-time
Join our client’s growing team as an Electrical Production Technician! In this hands-on role, you will assemble and install electrical components within wind turbine systems, route and secure wiring, perform system tests, and maintain safety and quality standards on the production floor. You’ll work closely with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and wire electrical systems in turbines
  • Route cables, connectors, and control systems
  • Test and inspect electrical connections
  • Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean work area
  • Read and interpret schematics and work instructions

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years in electrical assembly or related manufacturing
  • Able to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
  • Electrical or crane certifications a plus
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
