Job description

Inventory Control Specialist

Temp to Hire

M-F 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

$17-$20 per hour DOE


Local FAA supply shop is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist.


Primary Responsibilities:

-Manage inventory counts

-Manage inventory levels

-Perform physical counts

-Utilize their ERP system to assist team members with inventory issues

-Investigate root causes for inventory overages or shortages

-Issue parts/kits for customer work orders

-Identify roots causes of inventory cost variances

-Maintain logs and sheets


Requirements:


-Ability to read and interpret reports and correspondence

-Excellent ability to communicate both orally and in writing

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

-Experience with an ERP system preferred

-Ability to stand for long periods of time
