General Laborer
Location: Provo, UT | Employment Type: Full-Time | Bonus: $500 Hire-On Bonus

Kenny Seng Construction, Inc. is a premier general engineering contractor with decades of experience in Utah's heavy civil industry. We are seeking reliable General Laborers to join our Provo-based team and help us deliver project excellence.

Position Responsibilities
  • Site Support: Perform essential manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, digging, and moving materials to support earthwork and pipe utility projects.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize basic hand tools and operate small equipment such as skid steers, rollers, mini excavators, and haul trucks.
  • Concrete & Prep: Assist with smoothing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces while following site plans to meet project specifications.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Properly store tools, load/unload materials, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and a basic understanding of construction processes.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks (bending, kneeling, standing) in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Attitude: A team-oriented mindset that reflects our values of Patience, Integrity, and Discipline.
  • Compliance: Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing.
