Our bartenders deliver high-quality service with professionalism, personality, and a genuine desire to help every guest feel at home. Whether it's pouring the perfect glass of wine, crafting a signature cocktail, or recommending a local brew, you’ll make memorable moments every shift.

· Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations.

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and state laws.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and surfaces.

· Operate the POS system accurately to process guest payments.

· Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption in line with responsible service standards.

· Collaborate with front desk and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.

· Restock bar inventory and maintain supply levels for efficient operation.

· Create a welcoming environment and foster positive interactions with guests and teammates.

· Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred.

· Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol under Minnesota state law.
