Job description

SUMMARY
The security officer assigned to the E2 administrative lobby is responsible for checking in and checking out all of the daily visitors to the Administrative Offices. Officers assigned to this position shall adhere to the following functions/tasks associated with this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. During your shift, inform the Command Center Shift Supervisor of any safety hazards or security issues as soon as you see them
  2. Keep company information confidential with regards to onsite incidents and video that is captured
  3. Accurately complete any and all related reports prior to the end of your shift. All reports must be reviewed by the Shift Supervisor prior to final completion
  4. Understand the emergency plan and actively assist in any and all emergency situations
  5. Check-in all visitors through the system and provide guests the appropriate guest pass
  6. For an unscheduled guest arrival, contact the appropriate individual for approval to allow the guest into the administrative space
  7. Monitor the Evolve machine for any suspicious items on guests walking into the space
  8. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  9. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in the security or a related field preferred
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written
  • Understanding of the security operation and NFL Best Practices
  • Attentive to detail and observant
  • Ability to remain calm and work under pressure
  • Effective computer skills
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The Lobby Security officer works directly out of the E2 administrative lobby.
  • The position is staffed Monday - Friday.
  • Shifts include 7:00 am 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm 7:00 pm
  • Normal office environment
