At Blackwell, Inc., we're looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Lobby Attendants. This role is perfect for those with a background in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support who enjoy creating welcoming environments and helping others.
As a Lobby Attendant, you'll be the face our property - greeting residents, assisting guests, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a secure and professional atmosphere. You'll work closely with property management and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Weekly Work Schedule:
  • Days of the week: Saturday + Sunday
  • Start and End Time: 2:00 PM - 10:00PM

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
  • Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.
  • Communicate effectively with property management and support teams.
  • Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in customer service or hospitality
    • 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
  • Skills & Traits:

    • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
