Job Objective/Summary: The Staffing Coordinator completes and maintains schedules for Admin, C.N.A., Charge Nurse, RAs  while documenting absentee records and reprimands according to policy. The Staffing Coordinator completes and maintains all Quality Assurance data and reports to QAPI committee monthly pertaining to staffing requirements. The Staff Coordinator will assist LTC surveyors as needed. The Staffing Coordinator will also need to work in position of charge nurse or C.N.A. when necessary. Initiate hiring process by utilizing hiring software Exact Hire, scheduling and conducting interviews and completing any other steps required by HR. Complete and submit monthly staffing reports to ADHHS. Complete and submit monthly health reports to Infection Prevention. The Staffing Coordinator participates in weekend on call rotation.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an LPN or RN in the state of Arkansas. Experience with educational requirements of state, federal, OSHA, OBRA, and ADA regulations. Must have experience in computer operations.
