Their duties encompass reviewing loan applications, verifying necessary documentation, communicating with applicants, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role demands a high level of organizational prowess, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to navigate the intricacies of loan processing.

Requirements:

• Accurately process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers

• Coordinate the collection and verification of necessary loan documentation

• Communicate with loan applicants to provide updates and answer questions

• Verifying customers' identities and ensuring the paperwork is properly completed and they have sufficient funds in their accounts to cover their transactions

• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service in person and over the phone

• Assist customers with account questions and basic troubleshooting

• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate bank products and services

• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information

• Originate, document, and process loan requests from application through closing in compliance with bank policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.
