Loan Processor | Overland Park, KS Full-Time | Contract | $25-$27ph. LHH is partnering with a well-established financial services company in the Overland Park, KS who is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support a busy lending operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative, banking, mortgage, customer service, or data entry experience who are interested in growing their career within financial services. In this role, you will assist with collecting documentation, reviewing loan files for completeness, communicating with borrowers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring loans move efficiently through the processing pipeline. solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Request and follow up on missing documentation from borrowers and third parties.
  • Enter and update loan information within internal systems.
  • Verify borrower information, income documentation, and supporting records.
  • Maintain accurate loan files and ensure documentation meets company and regulatory requirements.
  • Track loan status and communicate updates to loan officers, underwriters, and customers.
  • Assist with ordering and collecting required reports and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve file discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry, document management, and administrative support functions.
  • Meet processing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of administrative, customer service, banking, financial services, or data entry experience preferred.
