Brief Overview:


The primary purpose of this position is to assist the business leaders of Whole loan Operations in the daily operations of the joint TCBI Securities and TCB Mortgage Finance divisions' whole loan trading business, establishing processes, procedures and efficient use of technology ensuring loans are purchased in a timely manner meeting all regulatory and investor requirements.

This position will help to coordinate with other areas by implementing new products, redesigning processes, improving technology solutions and driving innovation for the channel. This role will act as liaison to business leader with third party partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining GSE and agency seller and servicer approvals and annual requirements.

  • Help to drive efficiencies in process, including membership, automation of loan review and purchase to achieve industry leading service times.

  • Investigate industry's best practices, technology solutions and act on associate and lender feedback to improve overall efficiency of the channel.

  • Serve as liaison for the business technology and business leader, by helping to develop solution development and implementations with IT partners.

  • Develop and maintain associate, vendor and lender training materials.

  • Creates and maintains channels reports/scorecards to provide business results and measurements and actionable data to improve channel and lender performance.

  • Support the Texas Capital Securities team in whole loan sales.

  • Support Warehouse Lending operations and warehouse products team as needed.

  • Oversee vendors for collateral movement from sellers to buyers for trades.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Education and Experience: Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and disciplines.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts to both individuals and groups.

  • Familiarity with industry technologies.
