We are currently looking for a Loan Operations Assistant to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details:
HOW YOU WILL CONNECT
Consistently delivers the Landmark National Bank commitment To be champions and catalysts for our communities by handling the servicing for customer loans on the core system. Works in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team.
WHO YOU ARE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and ability to use proprietary software
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Work independently within a team setting
  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Perform a variety of assignments related to the booking and servicing of loans, including consumer, commercial and mortgage loans.
    • Loan set up, account maintenance, payment processing, account research, escrow analysis and escrow disbursements of taxes and insurance.
  • Monitor non-post resolution and processing, block entry, and loan participation administration.
  • Assist with non-accrual and charge-off administration and government servicing reports.
  • Assist Care Center, Lenders and other employees with questions as well as customers as needed.
  • Manage your professional improvement through the utilization of the quarterly Job Progress Plan.
  • Engage in Landmark National Bank culture initiatives and team success activities, including huddles and Celebration events.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
