EPS Corporation is seeking a Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules supporting Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities and Surface Support Craft Operations and Maintenance for NSWC PCD's Special Mission Systems Division. This role ensures accurate planning, coordination, and tracking of project timelines to support mission readiness and successful program execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for T&E events, vessel operations, and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with program managers, engineers, logistics, and operations personnel to define schedule requirements and dependencies
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float analysis, and resource loading
  • Update schedules regularly based on project status, changes, and evolving requirements
  • Support planning and execution of T&E events by aligning schedules with operational and logistics timelines
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, metrics, and briefings to government and contractor leadership
  • Ensure schedules comply with DoD and Navy scheduling best practices and contractual requirements
  • Integrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive, program-level view when required
  • Maintain proper configuration control of scheduling data and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably supporting DoD or Navy programs
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar
  • Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, including Critical Path Method (CPM)
  • Experience supporting Test & Evaluation (T&E) or operational environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) or similar commands
  • Familiarity with surface support craft operations and maintenance scheduling
  • Knowledge of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification
  • Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
