We are seekingSeasonalLoading Dock team members to p lay an essential role in the US Open experience. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering US Open packages and mail to all USTA offices and departments.

The Role

  • Unload UPS, FedEx, DHL and all private carrier trucks daily

  • Assist in inventory management by utilizing shipping/receiving software

  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail

  • Clean and organize the USTA Loading Dock and other areas as directed

  • Operate hand truck and flatbeds safely

  • Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • Basic proficiency in computers and ability to learn the inventory management software

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

    • Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
  • Must maintain a positive demeanor

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Available to work the full duration of the US Open tournament and be available days, nights, weekends and extended hours

  • Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Operator experience preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

  • This position is non-exempt
