Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Loaders for a leading manufacturing company in Fergus Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure products and materials move efficiently throughout the facility while supporting shipping, receiving, and packaging operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to a safe and productive environment, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Loader:
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Load finished products for shipment to customers and vendors
  • Unload incoming materials used in the manufacturing process
  • Package products by palletizing, stacking, bundling, and packing materials
  • Build crates and prepare Gaylord boxes for shipping needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Loader Role:
  • Forklift certification required
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret a tape measure
  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals
  • Willingness to assist with general labor duties as needed
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
