Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Loader II to join our team in Princeton, MN!

Schedule and Pay:
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15 PM - 1:30 AM ; Friday & Saturday OT required as needed

Additional $1.00 Paint Pay

Job Summary:
The Loader II is responsible for loading product, testing, troubleshooting and cleaning finishing lines to assure efficient processing on a multiple coatings production line.
Job Duties:
  • Starts computers for automated finishing lines (primer, enamels, topcoat, etc.) and assures that all is correct and adjusts as needed.
  • Troubleshoots any problems on finishing lines i.e., dirty sensors, dirty or misaligned spray tips, etc.
  • Coordinates incoming work according to production and orders finish materials in a timely manner.
  • Prepares cleaning carts for belt cleaning and locks in.
  • Cleans spray gun tips and installs in booth.
  • Reviews paperwork and determines which finishes are needed as well as orders them throughout the shift.
  • Flushes pumps and lines as well as clean tips as needed to ensure efficient production.
  • Completes process sheets for jobs.
  • Runs tests at the beginning of shift and adjusts as necessary.
  • Conducts QC operations to ensure finish within specification (mil check, oven temperature, etc.)
  • Loads belt appropriately per order with starting and ending blocks.
  • Inspects components for flaws and fixes if possible or sends out for repair.
  • Runs rework through finishing lines as needed.
  • Cleans machines and assists with maintenance as needed.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and paint colors and can differentiate between them.
