About Us: Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. We service locations in greater MN and western WI.
Job Summary: Our load crew members are a very important part of our distribution process. We rely on their accuracy and speed to assemble our customer's orders.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately build and wrap pallets in accordance with order specifications
  • Utilize a handheld scanner to locate and verify inventory items
  • Meet picking goals and warehouse objectives
  • Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack to pick and move beverage products efficiently and safely

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Monday-Friday, 11:00AM - completion
  • No holidays or weekends

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds
  • Repetitively bend, lift, twist, while moving product around the warehouse
  • Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick's locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role.
