We are looking for a Material Coordinator to work at our site in Prince Rupert/ BC. We offer employee or contractor rate.

  • 2+ years directly related experience in the oil & gas industry
  • Reliable data entry skills, knowledge of warehousing, material handling and distribution
  • Knowledge of packing lists & P.O's
  • MS Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Valid Skid steer and Telehandler tickets are a requirement

Responsibilities:

Inventory

  • Ensuring that inventory management complies with company policies and industry regulations
  • Managing documentation related to inventory transactions, including invoices, receipts, and shipping documents
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions in the database
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and deliveries
  • Managing and tracking inbound and outbound shipments


Shipping/Receiving

  • Unloading inbound freight carriers and ensuring accurate counts and product identification of product in storage location
  • Examining articles for accuracy, discrepancy & tagging according to company policies
  • Checking material received against provided packing slip supplied by vendor
  • Tracking materials being received
