About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):ย

ย
Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performanceย logisticsย operations.ย

We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technologyย where weย solveย complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.ย

Our teams combine deep domainย expertiseย with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.ย

If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves,ย thisย isย theย place where your skills and judgment trulyย come to life.ย

Role Overview:ย

We are seekingย anย MAWMย Implementation Manager who brings a strong blend of functional warehouseย expertise, technical understanding, and program delivery leadership. This role goes beyond traditional WMS implementations, requiring an individual who can think holistically across systems, processes, and integrations.ย

The ideal candidate will have deep experienceย with MAWM implementations and a strong grasp of warehouse operations, as well as an understanding ofย how enterprise systems, integrations, and digitalย supply chainย ecosystemsย function. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end implementations, bridging business needs with scalable, technology-driven solutions.ย

Key Responsibilities:ย

  • Lead end-to-end MAWM implementations across planning, design, build, testing, and deployment phases.ย
  • Go beyond traditional delivery by understanding how WMS interacts within the broader supply chain ecosystem (ERP, OMS, TMS, MHE/WCS).ย

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define:ย

  • Warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns)ย
  • System workflows and user journeysย
  • Integration points and dependencies across systemsย
  • Drive solution design and configuration strategies within MAWM, including functional modules and workflows.ย
  • Oversee integration design,ย including APIs,ย ProActiveย extensibility, and data mapping across host systems.ย
  • Ensure alignment between warehouse operations and system capabilities for scalable and efficient execution.ย
  • Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and technically sound.ย
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.ย
  • Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.ย

Required Skills & Experience:ย

  • 5-8 years of experience in WMS implementations, with strongย expertiseย in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).ย
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end MAWM implementation programs.ย
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.ย
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MAWM architecture, APIs,ย ProActiveย framework, and configuration tools.ย
  • Experience with system integrations involving ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/WCS systems.ย
  • Ability to think in terms of end-to-end supply chain systems, not just isolated warehouse processes.ย
  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.ย
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.ย

Preferred Qualifications:ย

  • Experience with multi-site or global MAWM rollouts.ย
  • Exposure to Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI), OMS, TMS, or LMS platforms.ย
  • Understanding ofย EDI frameworks and messaging in WMS integrations.ย
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or 3PL environments.ย
  • Manhattan certifications (MAWM/SCI) are a plus.ย

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:ย

30 Days Inย

  • Understand current warehouse operations, MAWM landscape, and system integrations.ย
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements.ย
  • Review existing solution designs, workflows, and integration architecture.ย
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, integration partners).ย
  • Deliver clear documentation of current state and implementation roadmap.ย

60 Days Inย

  • Drive solution design andย participateย in configuration and integration planning.ย
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with stakeholders.ย
