This is a hybrid role, located in Nashville, TN. (2 days on-site / 3 days work from home)

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Expanse Clinical Education Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of the Expanse Onboarding Program within the Clinical Education Service Line. This role supports program operations through coordination of training environment logistics (virtual and classroom), maintenance of program documentation and tracking systems, and facilitation of stakeholder communication to ensure effective and efficient onboarding program delivery.

 Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates day-to-day operations of the Expanse Onboarding Program, including scheduling, training environment logistics (virtual and classroom), and activity tracking
  • Maintains onboarding program records, tracking tools, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Supports implementation of onboarding program activities in alignment with Clinical Education Service Line standards
  • Serves as a learning management system (LMS) support resource, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting
  • Supports onboarding program evaluation processes, including data collection and feedback coordination
  • Supports adherence to established operational processes and resource utilization
  • Assists with tracking and reporting to support onboarding program performance and operational efficiency
  • Serves as a point of contact for onboarding program communication with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between Clinical Education teams, program facilitators, and participants
  • Provides timely, accurate, and professional support to stakeholders
  • Promotes a culture of service excellence through effective stakeholder interactions
  • Supports execution of onboarding program initiatives aligned with Clinical Education Service Line priorities
  • Participates in process improvement efforts to enhance onboarding program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and program delivery

 What You Will Need:

  • High School Graduate/Equivalent
  • Associate's degree or bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, healthcare, education or related field, preferred.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in administrative support, program coordination or healthcare environment, required.
  • Healthstream or similar Learning Management System (LMS) experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination or onboarding program activities, preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, preferred.
