The Marriage Counseling Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position operates in a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from a location that suits you best. You will connect with clients through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring both safety and privacy. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a healthy work-life balance while allowing time to focus on your professional responsibilities.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions designed specifically to address the unique needs of each client, incorporating effective therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems theory.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote overall mental well-being and family stability.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential client documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and privacy laws, and utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Lead regular check-ins with clients to evaluate progress toward therapeutic goals and to adapt treatment strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including couples experiencing relationship issues, families facing communication challenges, and individuals dealing with various mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. Understanding the cultural, socioeconomic, and psychological factors affecting our clients is crucial in delivering tailored therapy that resonates with their experiences and backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field) from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California, required to provide therapy for clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy technologies and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a remote work setting.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in family systems and relationship dynamics.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and working in a community health context is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
