Client is seeking a hands-on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support Aetna's Conversational AI platform across Voice and Chat channels. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automation frameworks, test harnesses, and test strategies for AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Playwright/Selenium-based automation frameworks and test harnesses.
• Develop automated tests for APIs, backend services, and end-to-end workflows.
• Validate conversational AI experiences including voice/chat interactions, intent recognition, multi-turn conversations, and AI agent workflows.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support release quality activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define test coverage and quality standards.
• Support AI/LLM testing, response validation, and overall platform reliability.
