• Conduct initial assessments with clients to explore their individual goals, preferences, and available treatment options, laying the foundation for tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies based on client assessments, adjusting approaches as needed based on ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous case files for each client, documenting personal information, treatment progress, insurance details, and communications, ensuring compliance and thorough record-keeping.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress towards their goals, applying evidence-based methodologies and making recommendations for treatment modifications as necessary.
• Engage regularly with clients in job training and occupational placement initiatives, providing support and promptly addressing any challenges that arise during these processes.
• Involve family members in therapeutic discussions when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach to client well-being.
• Compile timely assessments and reports to facilitate ongoing monitoring of client needs and treatment effectiveness.
• Provide resource referrals and counseling to help clients access needed services outside of therapy.

The diverse client base of Divine Mind and Soul Therapy, LLC includes individuals with various mental health diagnoses, ranging from mood disorders to anxiety and trauma-related conditions. You will work with clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, tailoring your approach to meet their unique emotional and psychological needs. This role is vital in helping clients regain their autonomy and achieve long-term stability.

• Education: A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly with patients dealing with mental illnesses and mood disorders.
• Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing positively to group dynamics.
• Clinical Competence: Strong skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and proficient documentation practices.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or rehabilitation centers.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans that reflect best practices and current trends in mental health treatment.
