Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried
Compensation: Starting base salary of $100,000, plus performance-based bonuses

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assisted Living Director (LALD) to lead our team at Suite Living Senior. This role requires a licensed professional with strong leadership skills, a background in senior care management, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of care and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
  • Provide effective leadership to the assisted living team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team competency and engagement.
Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
  • Maintain a current and unrestricted Assisted Living Director (LALD) license with BELTSS.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living facilities.
  • Be available for license surveys and audits, ensuring the facility meets or exceeds all required standards.
Resident & Family Engagement
  • Provide tours and educate prospective residents and families on Suite Living Senior's services and community benefits.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with residents and staff to ensure open communication and continuous improvement.
Tenant-Landlord Relations & Compliance
  • Utilize expertise in tenant-landlord matters to address concerns fairly and efficiently.
  • Monitor residents to ensure they meet residency requirements and initiate necessary actions if changes in care needs occur.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Financial & Administrative Management
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial management, including monitoring monthly financials, overseeing expenditures, and managing budget variances.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and financial performance.
  • Handle and document tenant and employee grievances, escalating concerns as needed.
Quality & Program Development
  • Ensure the implementation of engaging social and activities programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery and resident experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Assisted Living Director (LALD) license with BELTSS.
  • Proven experience in senior care leadership, assisted living, or related healthcare management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations, compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Passion for providing high-quality care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff.
