Responsibilities: As Livestock Sales Manager, your role will be to serve a select group of customers across Lancaster, Kahoka, Shelbina, and Memphis, acting as the primary MFA contact. You will focus on developing the customer relationship and helping the customer grow their business while providing an excellent customer experience. You will also be expected to develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support MFA products and services but also lead to improving the current offerings. Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development will all be key areas in which you work to implement and promote the company's sales goals. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Qualificationsย 

  • A degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent Sales experience
  • Knowledge of agronomy and/or livestock preferred
  • Live in or within commuting distance of the assigned territory
  • Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%)
  • Have strong sales skills and a proven record of sales success
