Remote Debt Collections Specialist - Call Center

Location: Classroom Training (3 weeks) in Yuma County - Remote After Training

Pay: $16.00/hour + Uncapped Monthly Bonuses

What We're Looking For

Bonus: Previous experience in collections, sales, or customer service with a track record of success.

Schedule & Training

  • Paid Training - 3 weeks on site in Yuma County with subsequent on the job training through the use of Teams or Zoom.ย  You will learn, practice, and get confident before taking live calls.
  • Work Hours:
    • Mon - Fri:ย  7:00 am - 4:00 pm OR Mon - Fri:ย  8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Work From Home Requirements

  • High Speed Internet - Cable or Fiber (no cellular hotspots)
  • Private Area - Locked door with desk & chair
  • Noise & Access Control - Children, pets, people, and electronics cannot be present during working hours
  • Webcam - Ability to be on webcam during working hours
