Job description

We are looking for a confident and engaging livestream host to join our Crystal & Jewelry sales team on the Whatnot platform. The role involves introducing and selling crystal and jewelry products through live video, interacting with viewers, answering questions, and maintaining an energetic and positive atmosphere during the stream.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Host live streams on Whatnot and other social platforms to showcase and sell crystal products.
  • Educate viewers on the meaning, energy, and healing properties of each crystal.
  • Engage actively with viewers through chat, bids, and Q&A during live sessions.
  • Build a loyal community through consistent, professional, and friendly interactions.
  • Track and report sales performance and provide feedback on customer trends.
  • Maintain a positive and inviting on-camera presence that aligns with our brand values.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in crystal or jewelry sales preferred.
  • Live streaming or e-commerce sales experience is a strong plus (Whatnot, TikTok, IG Live, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and on-camera confidence.
  • Passion for crystals, energy healing, or related lifestyle categories.
  • Must be able to stream at least 6 hours per day, consistently.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic setup required: phone or camera, lighting, and stable internet connection.

Pay Rate:

  • $12/hour during the test period (training & non-independent livestream phase)
  • $15/hour once you start hosting independently
