THE JOB
This position will be responsible for driving new membership acquisition for Vinyl Room at House of Blues Las Vegas. This role will focus exclusively on generating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with prospective members, corporate clientele, hospitality leaders, entrepreneurs, tastemakers, and culturally connected audiences.
This individual will serve as a key ambassador for the Vinyl Room brand both inside and outside the venue, helping to establish and grow a highly engaged membership community aligned with the future vision of the concept. Success in this role requires a proactive sales mentality, strong local networking abilities, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Membership Sales & Business Development
  • Drive new membership sales through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and relationship development
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified membership prospects through Salesforce CRM and consistent outreach efforts
  • Conduct sales presentations, tours, site inspections, and experiential walkthroughs for prospective members and clients
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value individuals, corporate decision-makers, hospitality professionals, entrepreneurs, and culturally influential clientele throughout the Las Vegas market
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, concerts, nightlife events, and community activations to generate new business opportunities
  • Generate revenue through the sale of premium memberships, VIP experiences, and related hospitality offerings
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the Vinyl Room membership program
  • Develop creative outreach strategies and partnerships that align with the Vinyl Room brand identity and target demographic
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, nightlife competition, luxury hospitality offerings, and evolving consumer behavior

Brand Representation & Member Experience
  • Serve as a visible and active ambassador for Vinyl Room within the Las Vegas community
  • Build authentic relationships with prospective members by creating elevated and personalized guest experiences
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and programming teams to support membership launches, events, and member engagement initiatives
  • Consistently entertain and host prospective members within the venue environment to cultivate relationships and drive sales opportunities
  • Represent the Vinyl Room brand with professionalism, sophistication, and cultural awareness at all times

Sales Strategy & Administration
  • Maintain accurate reporting, prospect activity, and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM
  • Track sales performance, prospect engagement, and business development activity to support forecasting and revenue planning
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration meetings
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and market feedback to support the ongoing evolution and positioning of the Vinyl Room concept

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
