Working closely with the production team, this role helps ensure high-quality audio experiences across a diverse portfolio of events, including Arizona Cardinals home games, the Fiesta Bowl, other major sporting events, and a wide range of premier live events, programs, and guest experiences.

Primary Job Duties:
- Ability to understand, operate, trouble shoot, various audio systems and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance checks of Insignia Events audio systems
- Understand fiber optic cabling, connector types, and signal flow on a large scale
- Ability to mix audio with a multitude of source and destination types
- Monitor inventory, determine equipment needs, assist with equipment orders as necessary, schedule repair work and manage shipment and return of items in need of repair
- Assist with researching new technologies and equipment, recommend equipment purchases for upgrades to the audio systems and inventory
- Assist with the operation of stadium audio systems during football games and other live events
- Communicate with event coordinators and clients during all phases of production to ensure client needs are met in a timely fashion
- Attend pre-production and post event meetings with event coordinators and clients
- Supply events costs to event coordinators for preparation of final billing
- Coordinate with Stadium partners and vendors as needed during Audio projects
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of Audio related work experience
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a large-volume, venue facility
- Excellent leadership, people management, problem solving and communication skills
- Must be creative, innovative, passionate, results-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 Software
- Certified and/or proficient in the following:
