Job description

About Grubhub

At Grubhub, we believe food is more than just a meal: It's a source of discovery, connection, and pure enjoyment. There's a time and place for every type of dish, from hidden neighborhood gems to tried-and-true favorites, and we exist to connect people with the food they love in all the ways they like to dig in. We've been at it since 2004, but now, as part of Wonder, Grubhub is operating with a renewed sense of momentum and the high-velocity energy of a powerhouse startup.

As a leading U.S. ordering and delivery marketplace, we feature over 415,000 merchants in more than 4,000 cities, creating the ultimate food experience by elevating online ordering through innovative restaurant technology, easy-to-use platforms, and an improved delivery experience. We are constantly finding new ways to innovate-from integrated grocery delivery with groceries powered by Instacart to exclusive loyalty programs. Join our team, based out of New York City, Chicago and Denver, and help us give our diners the exceptional value they deserve.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-minded Associate, Revenue Operations to join our team and serve as an operational engine supporting our GTM teams and strategic merchant partnerships. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of CRM data hygiene, cross-functional reporting, and high-touch merchant partner execution.

You will support our Sales, Onboarding, and Success teams by maintaining CRM record integrity, building actionable reports, and assisting with operational workflows for key merchant accounts. This is a high-ownership execution role for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, building clean documentation, and keeping systems running smoothly.

You will sit directly at the core of our Revenue Operations engine. This role provides direct visibility into how deals move from contract to live activation while giving you real ownership over data infrastructure, strategic partner enablement, and GTM systems.

The Impact You Will Make

CRM Execution & Systems Operation

  • CRM Administration & Data Hygiene: Support day-to-day Salesforce administration across Sales, Onboarding, and Success - auditing data entry, resolving field inconsistencies, and cleaning messy records.

  • Workflow Optimization: Assist in outlining basic Salesforce validation rules, custom fields, page layouts, and entry automations to streamline GTM workflows.

  • Incentive & Governance Assistance: Support monthly incentive and commission tracking processes by auditing contract status, Go Live dates, and payout eligibility

  • System Refinement: Partner with the Sr. Manager to identify workflow friction in Salesforce and execute continuous improvements as operational needs evolve.

Partner Operations & High-Priority Account Support

  • High-Priority Account Operations: Provide operational support for strategic merchant accounts, tracking milestones across agreement execution, onboarding, and activation

  • Contract & Agreement Workflows: Coordinate with legal and account teams to assist with partner agreement tracking, amendments, and signature workflows

  • Partner Enablement Assets: Coordinate logistics for key partner promotions, including building basic co-branded materials or collateral using Canva or provided templates.

  • Ad-Hoc Merchant Support: Execute ad-hoc requests from Strategic Account Managers and leadership to ensure priority accounts operate seamlessly

Reporting & Documentation

  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards tracking sales funnel progress, onboarding throughput, and account performance metrics.

  • SOPs & Training Materials: Write clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quick-reference guides to drive team adoption of new processes and tools.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 1+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer-facing, content creation, partnerships or similar role

  • 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience - comfortable building reports, dashboards, and basic automations

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills - proficiency in formulas and data scrubbing

  • Detail-oriented with high data integrity standards - you notice when something looks off

  • Process-oriented mindset; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing tasks across different internal stakeholders

  • Clear written communicator - able to document processes and present data findings to non-technical stakeholders

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
