Job Description:
โ€ข Manage daily production, including scheduling and distribution of work orders, and ensure all work orders are complete each week
โ€ข Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs.
โ€ข Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners
โ€ข Manage cleaners, including performance reviews, discipline, and recognition
โ€ข Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment
โ€ข Handle payments, deposits, and processing
โ€ข Assisting in creating customer estimates and proposals
โ€ข Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
โ€ข Answering phones, dealing with customer calls, and thank you notes
Physical Requirements:
โ€ข Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
โ€ข Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms
โ€ข Able to work with arms above head
โ€ข Able to bend and squat to ground level
โ€ข Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
