Job Description
  • Oversee the management of finances, budgeting, and organizational procurement, including ensuring applicable policy compliance.
  • Oversee the management of information technology, both internal network infrastructure as well as key software solutions for supporting ministry.
  • Oversee the management and care of all property and facilities.
  • Oversee the administration of all human resource functions for the support and management of staff.
  • Work directly with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to shape vision and strategy for those areas of responsibility within the Operations Department.
  • Directly lead, manage, and hold accountable all Operations staff in carrying out established vision and strategy.
  • Ensure the effective building, training, and leading of required volunteer teams.
  • Build and manage the Operations budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
  • Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience identifying leaders as well as building and leading teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
