Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist to support an EMR transition and serve as a preceptor during system go-live.

Details
  • Home health setting supporting Providence at Home with Compassus Home Health locations
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Monday through Friday schedule for the duration of this short-term contract
  • Three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live support
  • Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday
  • Role involves precepting and providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff during EMR go-live
  • Minimal bedside care expected outside of potential ride-along support during implementation
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
  • Oregon OT license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable
  • HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred
  • Comfortable using technology and supporting others in a training or mentorship capacity
Additional Information
  • Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, EMR implementation, precepting, and AI-supported tools
  • No RTO accepted for this short contract
