What you will do
As a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with Bryant Park Consulting, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle NetSuite EPM. Clients and fellow consultants will rely on you for business process and systems architecture guidance grounded in your EPM and business transformation experience.
Engagement Leadership
- Serve as the Client's advocate throughout each engagement
- Participate in all phases of full-cycle EPM implementations: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
- Manage scope, requirements, and budget across all phases
- Participate in project management activities: status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control
Discovery & Design
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops
- Drive process mapping, reengineering, and future-state design
- Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices
- Perform fit/gap analysis to inform system design and execution
- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs
- Develop wireframes and schematics to support requirements gathering
- Design functional system configurations and author requirements and design documents
- Identify high-value AI use cases during discovery and advise clients on adopting AI and ML capabilities embedded across Oracle Cloud EPM.
Build, Test, & Deploy
- Lead Configuration Workshops and offline configuration
- Partner with technical counterparts to deliver custom solutions
- Configure AI features within existing EPM licensing to deliver client value
- Lead User Acceptance Training (UAT) and End User Training (EUT) activities
- Enable finance users to work effectively with AI-assisted workflows
- Provide post-go-live support as needed
Firm Contribution
- Support new business development and project scoping
- Contribute to internal initiatives: go-to-market, knowledge management, and enablement
- Continuously develop NetSuite product skills as engagements require
Qualifications
Experience
- 2 - 3 + years of end-to-end Oracle NetSuite EPM (Account Reconciliation, Planning and Budgeting, etc.) implementation experience for mid-market and enterprise organizations
- 5 + full-lifecycle implementations preferred
- Consulting or industry background in FP&A or accounting
- Familiarity with data migration procedures and FP&A application integrations
- Working knowledge of AI features within Oracle Cloud EPM (IPM, Predictive Planning, Reconciliation AI assistance, etc) and the ability to translate them into client value
Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency across financial management, FP&A, and sales and operations planning
- Mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written, presentation, and conflict resolution
- Organizational change management experience
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to manage client and team interactions across technical and non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to mentor junior consultants
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
Work From Home & Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to be on-site with clients as needed (note: this role is fully remote)
Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 USD
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
