Central Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our growing team and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our patients and clients.

Our Veterinary Technicians are empowered, respected medical professionals who play a vital role in patient care and client experience. Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on veterinary experience and be confident in both technical skills and client communication.

Key responsibilities include:

· Patient restraint and handling

· Anesthesia administration and monitoring

· Surgical and dental assistance

· Laboratory and radiology procedures

· Pharmacy and medication management

· Routine medical care and diagnostics

· Accurate medical record keeping

· Client education and communication

Veterinary Technicians are integral to our hospital's success and are expected to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute positively to team culture.

Applicant Requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong focus on client service and patient care

· Knowledge of animal handling, common veterinary drugs, and clinical procedures

· Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism

· High school diploma (required)

· Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience (required)

· Degree in veterinary or related field (preferred)

· Veterinary Technician Certification (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
