About The Position:

The Digital Service Representative (DSR) is responsible for providing service and sales, deepening relationships with our members, through the Interactive Teller Machine/Video, Telephone, and Electronic Communication channels to assist in achieving Greater Nevada Goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve members in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner through prompt handling of teller transactions via the ITM Video conferencing system.
  • Seek opportunities to provide members with additional products and services in support of member success goals and the Strategic Business Plan via all channels, including but not limited to phone, email, live chat, secure messaging, text, GNCU.org, and fax.
  • Maintain knowledge of all Greater Nevada products and services.
  • Strengthen member relationships through clear and concise electronic communication using appropriate grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Support the MRC during peak call times, answering telephone calls to help more members live greater.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated ability in written communication
  • 1 year of Banking and call center experience or the equivalent
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18.27- $25.96per hour
  • Compensation is dependent on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents
